We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and selected other countries. Questions: [email protected].

Shipping cost

• United States: free on orders of $50 or more. Otherwise $4.99.
• United Kingdom: free on orders of $50 or more. Otherwise $5.99.
• Other countries we ship to: $9.99.

The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping is based on the merchandise total before shipping.

Delivery time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. After that, estimated transit is 3–7 business days in the United States and 7–15 business days in the United Kingdom. Other countries vary. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs delays are outside our control.

We do not offer next-day delivery.

Tracking

When the parcel is handed to the carrier, we email the tracking number. You can also check the order on the Track Your Order page.

Address and lost parcels

Check the shipping address before you pay. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong, reshipping is charged again. If tracking shows no movement for 15 days after the carrier scan, email [email protected] and we will trace it.

Duties

Prices on the site do not include customs duties or import tax. Those charges, if any, are paid by the recipient.
