How do I place an order? Add the item to your cart, enter the shipping address, and pay with PayPal or card (Stripe). You will get an order confirmation by email.

Can I change or cancel an order? Email [email protected] with the order number as soon as you can. If the order has not been packed, we will cancel and refund it. After it has shipped, use the return policy.

Which countries do you ship to? The United States, the United Kingdom, and selected other countries. The shipping cost is shown at checkout.

How much is shipping? United States: free from $50, otherwise $4.99. United Kingdom: free from $50, otherwise $5.99. Other countries we ship to: $9.99.

How long does delivery take? Processing is usually 1–3 business days. Transit is usually 3–7 business days in the US and 7–15 business days in the UK. These are estimates.

Where is my tracking number? We email it when the carrier scans the parcel. You can also use Track Your Order with the order number from the confirmation email.

Do you offer next-day delivery? No.

How long do I have to return an item? 30 days from the delivery date. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Email [email protected] before you send it.

Who pays return shipping? You pay it for a change of mind. We pay it if we sent the wrong or damaged item.

When is the refund sent? Within 5–10 business days after we receive and check the return. It goes back to the original payment method.

What if my parcel never arrives? Email us if tracking has not moved for 15 days after the first carrier scan. We will trace it and reship or refund if it is lost.
